I am a one person operation, that has wde ranging experience in Information Technology, business startups, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, international operations and publicly traded companies on the NASDAQ

 I leverage my talents by working in conjunction with specific very experienced  lawyers, accounting professionals and Information Technology experts (with whom I have had professional relationships over the years) to assist my clients in dealing with issues ranging from strategic and operational to the daunting and unexpected.

 My modus operandi is to listen, verify, make recommendations and finish the assignment as quickly and cost effectively as possible. When required we (myself and key individuals whom I choose to get involved) will assist in identifying and providing specific skill sets to implement specific parts of our recommendations, or work on an ongoing limited hours per month retainer as required.
